B. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
Import duties and taxes may be due on your items when they arrive in your country. We do not collect these fees, so you must pay them directly to customs to clear your items. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs policy and payment procedures.
C. FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS REFUND/RETURN/CANCELLATIONS/SHIPPING
C1 . REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We are very sorry if it didn’t arrive as you expected.
Refunds will only be considered on defective products. For a change of mind or incorrect decision, we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for refunds:
- Contact us within 10 days after your item arrived.
- Provide us photos of the damaged item, and give us the detail of the problem.
- Items are unused and in the same condition as purchased.
- Send us a photo with your proof of purchase.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
C2. RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We want you to love what you bought from an independent artist. So, if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase and your product is not defective, we can sort it out with an exchange. It will be offered for situations where:
- The product(s) is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
- As long as your item(s) is unused and in the same condition as purchased, with all tags.
- Item(s) are in their original packaging.
Return postage will be at the buyer’s cost, shipping costs of returns and other extra expenses will not be refunded by us.
For the replacement may apply extra fees*.
In order to maintain the quality of our products for all our customers, we will not accept returns that don't comply with the requirements.
C2.1 EXCHANGES
To ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you will have a store credit for the amount**, which you can use for the next purchase.
**May apply fees for exchange that will be discounted from the total value.
C2.2 Steps for Exchange:
- Contact us at our email. Tell us the reason for your exchange. Products must apply all the conditions from the return policy. Point 2 Return Policy for Physical items.
2. Wait for the approval of the exchange. It takes 1 business day.
- If it is approved, you will receive your store credit.
C3. EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital items and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns for gift cards or sale items.
C4. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Contact us as soon as possible via our email. We can cancel the order if it has not been processed & shipped. If your order is already shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may apply for the return policy check the return policy description.
We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any orders at our discretion.
C5. WRONG ADDRESS
For insufficient address description or wrong address, we are not responsible for the item, as a result, the item will return back to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
C6. UNCLAIMED
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
C7. SHIPPING POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our design studio is in Sydney, Australia. All the designs, originals, and merchandise are made in the heart of the north shore, while some products are processed through a third party. Their location for fulfillment is in different countries so the product is shipped according to which warehouse is closest to you.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending where is your location. For more information follow up with the tracking number provided.
Please allow up to 3 - 10 business days to receive shipped notification as all prints are made to order.
Original artworks take 1-2 business days for notification.
C7.1 SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery times are estimated however delays may occur due to limited shipping routes, natural disasters, or other issues that we can not predict, please allow extra time for this. Additionally, we would like to remind you that couriers don't deliver packages on Sundays or Public holidays.
- ORDER INSURANCE
For your peace of mind, only all our Original Collections are covered against damage or loss, for domestic or international shipping this feature is accessible and valid until the order is delivered to the address you have provided.
