ABOUT THE ARTIST
As the Artist, Illustrator, and Graphic Designer behind El Canerd, my name is Paula Cuyutupa, and my journey in the world of art began when I received a scholarship at the prestigious National Art School Bellas Artes in Peru. Growing up in the rainforest near coffee plantations in Villa Rica as a Peruvian, I draw inspiration from the lush jungle, aboriginal art, and the majestic Andes of Peru.
My passion for art has taken me on a journey of exploration and discovery. Through traveling and gaining knowledge about various art techniques, I constantly strive to push the boundaries of my creativity. I am always seeking new ways to create texture and forms in my work, as I believe that art is a constantly evolving process.
Internal curiosity is what fuels my artistic expression, and I am always eager to experiment and challenge myself. I am delighted to welcome you to El Canerd, my creative space, and I invite you to contact me with any suggestions or inquiries.
